Appointments

At Northshore Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center, we do our best to accommodate your needs promptly. Our goal is to minimize your waiting time by scheduling same-day appointments for problems that need immediate attention. Please tell our receptionist the nature and severity of your problem and she will try to arrange an appointment that is convenient for you.

Office Hours

Northshore Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5 p.m. To schedule an appointment, please call our office during regular office hours, 704-658-1050.

Insurance/Payments

It is our goal to accommodate each of our patient's needs. For your convenience, we will file your claim with your insurance provider. Payment not covered by insurance will be billed on a monthly basis. We are required by insurance carriers to collect co-payments at the time of your visit. If there are situations that prevent you from paying your bill, please discuss them with our office manager and we will make arrangements accordingly. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa and Mastercard.
